So, our return policy is pretty simple. If for any reason you don’t like it, contact us to let us know about your problem within 60 days of the order and then send it back to us. We’ll give you your choice of your money back or send you a replacement. No questions asked.

There are a couple of conditions: The item needs to be returned to us how we sent it to you. In particular, it can’t smell like smoke or have been left outside in the rain if you want your money back. We do not cover heat damage caused by improper washing (remember–wash them in cold water, line dry.) For personalized items, we can only accept returns if your blanket is defective. In any case, you will need to pay for the return shipping but we take care of the rest.
